CryptoCardly is a technology service provider offering software tools for managing crypto prepaid card programs. We provide backend systems, APIs, and administrative dashboards to our clients. We are NOT a financial institution, card issuer, or payment processor.
All financial services including card issuance, KYC/AML processes, fund loading, and payment transactions are managed by licensed third-party providers integrated by our clients. CryptoCardly is NOT liable for any financial losses, fraudulent transactions, or disputes related to cardholder activities.

Under no circumstances shall CryptoCardly be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Any financial losses related to card transactions or fund management.
Errors, delays, or failures in third-party financial systems integrated via APIs.
You agree to indemnify and hold CryptoCardly harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your business operations, including but not limited to any breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our platform for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
